5. How do you to deal with defective products.
A:Our products are 100% tested before ex-factory, if there are any defective products , we commit to 1:1 replacement as well as all the related freight charge. (except the customized products with special requirement). If within 0.5% controls range , we can make a reasonable compensation.
6. Can you make samples order? What is the MOQ?
